NEW - TRAINING DIARY PAGE

I am just trying to find time to write up the training sessions we did to prepare for our channel swim... but in the meantime i thought some of you may be interested to know what we are up to in the pool these days.. just trying to keep a decent fitness level really at the moment!

Feel free to have a go at any of them, but make sure you let us know how you get on... any suggestions are always welcome!
