Exciting stuff...

This Sunday we are doing some filming for the BBC ... they will be asking us about our challenge, and the training thats involved... along with filming some of our training! We have secured a slot at Keyworth Leisure Center and will be heading there on Sunday morning for a session using all our gadgetry .. including THE GRUDGE BELT... (where justine will wear one end around her waist.. and I will wear the other end.. and then we swim in opposite directions in a tug o' war fashion!!)

We're also heading over to the Trent to so a spot of Kayaking with Matt Enoch (Ex GB marathon Kayaker)

So.. by sunday night our shoulders will be seriously tonked!!
